Order* *********, washing machine, Lowell Lowes*I am writing to inquire about a delivery I had scheduled today for a washing machine. I had been given the window of *pm-*pm. At *:**pm I called the number for XPO delivery to get the status. I was told I was next on the list, but the drivers stopped driving at *pm. The washer may or may not be delivered. If it is not delivered I would need to call the store to reschedule. While I understand delays, the complete lack of customer support and ability to relay such delays to customers is highly disappointing. I tried to call the Lowell store at *:** as the store hours posted said they were open until *pm. I got a recording saying the store was closed. I got an answer when I called the ProServices number only to be "transferred" and "disconnected". I have done service with Lowes many times over the years, but this lack of service and communication has be questioning any future business with you. Please advise ASAP as to how to handle this less than satisfactory situation.
