Without any notice, or not having been presented options for payment (Monthly, Annually, Account to bill, etc...), this charge depleted my account entirely, and placed it into OVERDRAWN status.
Please issue a refund so that I may pay my utilities.
I have been a LinkedIn customer since the ****'s... LinkedIn has always had good customer service, and has notified me prior to billing in the past with my other Premium account. It seems that MicroSoft has changed their customer service policies and is grabbing money aggressively without concern to their image or customer satisfaction. This is what appears to have happened.
I opened a ticket on July *nd (Charge processed on the *st.) via an online ticket, under my Primary Account* Timothy N. Crammer.**The ticket was acknowledged, but I was told that it was the wrong account. I replied with the correct account name (Clinical Biometrics, Inc.) and haven't heard anything since.
