Hello, I opted for a refund and I want to know when I'll be receiving it! Someone from your company sent me a ticket saying they hadn't got my payment but I sent two pictures showing that the website took my money. I want my refund or I'll call the Better Business Bureau. I don't think I should have to go through these extreme measures to receive MY money back. The fact that there is no live chat or phone number I can call, makes the problem even worse. I want my money back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
GetHuman-kshepard did not yet indicate what Light In The Box should do to make this right.
