I placed an order on ******** with all items showing the ship within ** hour logo Guarantee. When it wasn't shipped I submitted a ticket and got the usual canned response. I submitted a ticket to a supervisor and a few days later was told * item was not available. I told them to cancel the item and ship my order. ******** and my order still has not shipped. What is the purpose of a guarantee if they simply ignore it and not offer anything if they don't ship your order. I passed on several items I wanted because they didn't have the ** hour shipping. I would like to know what the company is going to do to get my order to me.
