On **th of August I ordered a wig. When I ordered an error message came up and said my order didn’t work. I reordered only to realise I’d been charged twice. (Using PayPal). I’d only been sent one confirmation email so I used it to refund the charge of one of the wigs. (******** order number) I have since been refunded $**.** USD but I have no confirmation email about the second wig. Please email back to let me know if I’m still getting it because I’ve paid for it.
I just want the product I’ve paid for.
