I was trying to get the exchange item I requested ... On March **,**** I placed a order. On **** payment of $**.** rec’d, shipped on *******. Item received but was too small so I requested return instructions and rec’d instructions how to return package unused and with original tags and packaging and website to print return form. Order * ****************. On **** rec’d RMA code *******. I returned item on **** for an exchange for a larger size . USPS tracking ***********************. Pkg rec’d in Reno Nevada warehouse on **** @ **:** PM . Have inquired many many times about this item. It is now July , NO return item.
What they don’t realize I paid for this item
Either refund me my money back or send me the item
I’ve been a customer, a loyal customer, for years. Have ordered many items that’s why this experience is so frustrating.
Tried everything to explain that I have not received my return item.
