I bought a Lenovo Flex ** laptop earlier this week. The battery appears to be defective. From a full charge at moderate screen brightness, it loses *% every ** to ** seconds. I watched the battery go from **% to **% in under * minutes — and I wasn’t doing anything that should be particularly taxing on the battery. I’m open to suggested solutions, but I think the best course of action may be a replacement battery.
