Your returns have to be in their original sealed packages. However, this does not apply to gift cards. You may be eligible for a refund.

The Refund Policy

Lenovo offers a 14-day money back guarantee that applies to all of their products. The guarantee is applicable from the first day of the order being delivered. The best way to request a refund is by contacting the customer service agents. When requesting your refund, you will need to provide the following details:

1. Why you intend to return the item

2. The collection address

3. Your item's serial number

4. The names and quantity of items you want to return
