Good Day,**I want to follow up my refund. I was actually sent my request last July * and item already forwarded to Seller on July **. The Seller itself was really responsive, he genuinely assist me to all my concerned, the seller also contact the "Seller Help Center" but the help center told to seller that they don't have information in regards to range of refund. Actually it caused a lot of inconvience.***For your reference:*Tracking No. from Delivery Partner: LEX PH : SO***********Tracking No. LBC to Lazada: ***************Order No. *****************I also attached the screenshot for your reference.**PLEASE PAKIAYOS NAMAN!!*ASAP!!!
