After changing to another phone, my lazpaylater account could no longer be found. How can I retrieve it?

If you're unable to resolve the issue, we recommend that you update your app to the latest version. If all these steps fail to retrieve your LazPayLater account, there might be a technical issue. We're not sure about that.

Why can't I initiate the return process for my order?

Can I have a refund if I'm scammed and received a defected product after I mark it received order?

You can initiate a return by going to your order details and clicking on the "Return" button. The product will undergo a quality check, and if it is indeed defective, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. However, this process must be triggered within 7 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to provide detailed information about the defect so they can handle your request accurately.
