Hello,i ordered a basketball back board stand hoop .I got it last Friday but it was damaged. Like the board is fold and the basketball stand is being bend i cant connect it thats y it wont stay because its being bend.i request a return but i cant send it yet as LBC near me cant do transactions until next week because their computer is not working. This is the order number *************** and the RA code RN: ***************,refund method is thru wallet refund. I requested this refund last January *,****..please help me with this matter..thank u
