I returned a leather jacket to Kohl’s today that I bought on sale. I went by recommended size by Kohl’s online. It was a bit small. I received a refund from in person customer service and was told to just order it again. The trouble is I paid ***.** for it and now it is ***.OO. I really want the jacket but do not think it fair I do not get at the initial prize considering I went by Kohl’s recommended size. Anyway I have been a loyal customer for years and this is my first complaint
