I accidentally shipped an order to an incorrect address in a different state. I contacted Kohls CS who said they couldn't help me. I contacted UPS who also said they could not help me either. The package was delivered yesterday and all Kohls told me was to reach out to whoever lives at that address. The problem is that it's in a different state and I do not know who currently lives at that address. Order *********. I now am expected to pay for something that I did not and will never receive.
