If you are looking to change an order you should not wait and should call in. If the order has already shipped then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and call in.

I placed an order for a $** Kohls gift card on **** as a Mothers day gift. She confirmed she received it so I deleted my copy of the order. **In the meantime she has deleted her email with the gift card * on it. I would like the email resent to her, better yet if it could be done resend to me.
