The issue in GetHuman-sylvzax's own words
I booked through Kiwi.com and purchased an outbound and inbound flight to Budapest both of which were cancelled due to Covid-**. I asked for flight credits and were sent two invoices by Wizz air saying I’d received them but when I log into my wizz air account the credits says £*. Wizz air support said I need to contact Kiwi.com to get them to move both the credits for the outbound and inbound flights onto one account so I am able to use them.

GetHuman-sylvzax did not yet indicate what Kiwi.com should do to make this right.
