Trying to use the health centre which just send me to get another flight with absolutely no help whatsoever with a problem with kiwi.com ... Im getting really tired of writing this flight diverted from Gatwick to Paris after many hours bus to the ferry in Calais to Dover bus to Gatwick miss connecting flight to Jersey cannot be taken care of by same carrier till December **th and if your help centre wants me to help with another flight you need to change your people that put this page together

Whoever set up this page never followed it up and tried to use it because your help centre just send you looking for another flight absolutely no help whatsoever

You could make this right buy scrap in the whole page and starting from scratch

Yes I am a new customer but not for very long if this keeps up because what you are doing is just getting people really annoyed because your page is set up a very very wrong

I fixed my own problem and arrived in Jersey * hours late from your flight and I'm getting really pissed off because I can't get hold of anybody even by email because your page is all wrong
