Ieri sera intorno alle ore **,** ho effettuato una prenotazione n.********, ho pagato con carta visa €**,** sul cellulare mi * arrivata subito la conferma con il numero di prenotazione ma non mi sono arrivati i biglietti elettronici sulla mia mail e sul "Gestisci Prenotazione" mi dice che la prenotazione * inesistente. Poi ieri sera intorno alle **,** mi arriva sul cellulare un secondo messaggio sempre da KIWI.COM che mi chiede di completare inserendo i dati dei documenti personali. cosa posso fare?
