Hi, kiwi.com is closing online check in **hrs before the flight. I have not realised that as on their app I've seen that the online check in opens on **.* andy flight is on **. *. ****. Today is **.*. **** and the online check in is already closed. So I'll have to pay €** for each p***enger. This is pure theft! Sorry I still have * days into my flight!*Kiwi. com has no call centre. Its all scam. Their European phone numbers do not work. I have tried to call to * different countries and its all same, just in different language. *Can you help me with my issue, please?
I trust that Kiwi.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
