Good evening, I recently flew from Bogotá, Colombia, to Paris on December 12th with a layover in Miami. Unfortunately, the airline has rescheduled my Miami-Paris flight, delaying it by 24 hours. My flight was rescheduled from December 3rd to December 4th, but then it was canceled on the 4th as well. I am having trouble reaching Wizz Air as they require the email address used for booking, which Kiwi won't provide. I spoke to Wizz Air over the phone, and they informed me that the refund was processed and an email was sent, but Kiwi claims not to have received it. I am unsure about Kiwi's response.

I purchased three passenger tickets from London to Kochi for April 09, [redacted], but we couldn't use them due to the need to pass through Catania without Schengen visas. It should have been highlighted during ticket purchase. However, there was no mention, and we only realized the issue at the airport during the check-in. Attempts to contact you through the app were unsuccessful as it was blocked. Despite multiple efforts to reach out via email and phone, there has been no response from your side. Therefore, we are requesting a refund due to the lack of communication and assistance when needed. The passengers on the booking are John J., Abeena K. B., and Adam K. J. Hello, I need to inform you that I couldn't check in for my flight, booking number [redacted]53 with Ryanair, and I had to pay [redacted] euros for 2 tickets. It's the first time this has happened to me that I couldn't check in online. You need to refund me the money. For the return flight on November 5th, I will have the same issue. On November 4, [redacted], I made a payment of EUR 1,[redacted].21 for flight tickets on www.kiwi.com. The flight was supposed to depart on November 23 and return on November 30, flying from Riga to New York with a layover in Istanbul. However, the flight details were modified without my consent. The layover time in Istanbul went from 2 hours to 14 hours and 10 minutes, and the return airport changed from NYC JFK to NYC EWR. I promptly canceled the flight after receiving the updated information by email, as I did not agree with the new conditions. Despite canceling within 4 hours of receiving the email, www.kiwi.com only refunded me with EUR 10 Kiwi Credits instead of the full amount. I am requesting a reversal or cancellation of the EUR 1,[redacted].21 payment due to these changes which were not communicated to me prior to booking.

I mistakenly booked the wrong month and then cancelled my reservation thinking I'd get a refund to rebook. Kiwi's customer service advised me to deal with the airline directly. I still see the booking but lack the necessary information to make changes directly. I'm aware I won't get a refund, but I need to adjust my flights. Having Kiwi authorize me to modify my reservation with the airline would be helpful.

On October 10, [redacted], I purchased two round-trip tickets from Tijuana to Mexico City (AICM) for $[redacted].75 from Kiwi.com. The flight to Mexico City was fine, but the return flight got canceled the day after I bought the tickets. The airline informed me about the cancellation when my reservation number did not work on the Volaris App on November 18, [redacted], the day of my scheduled flight. Kiwi only told me about a delay in the flight time, not the actual cancellation that happened on October 9, [redacted]. I later discovered the mix-up with the card details used for the purchase was incorrect. I had to buy emergency tickets at the airport for $[redacted].59. I demand a full refund from Kiwi for the canceled return flight and the emergency tickets due to their lack of service. If Kiwi does not resolve this promptly, I may have to seek legal action. Concern: I booked two Ryanair flights via Kiwi.com, but there's an issue with the email registered for the flights. Ryanair requires email contact, but Kiwi used their own email instead of my friend's. Unfortunately, my friend's phone was stolen in Tenerife, leaving him with only his passport and limited phone use. Initially, he was able to forward emails, but now with no battery, I'm unable to contact Kiwi without his email.

When I made the flight bookings, I confirmed the coverage for any changes due to the short layover time of 1 hr 30 mins. Relying on the kiwi.com guarantee, I followed their recommendation on the app to cancel one flight for a full refund. However, I am now unable to obtain a refund due to a Ryanair delay that was beyond my control. Can someone explain why the kiwi.com guarantee was mentioned on the original ticket? This situation seems misleading and almost falsely advertised as I now face refusal for a refund based on not having the correct ticket type. Thank you.

I received an email to select a payment method for the refund. However, when I click on the link provided in the email to log in, it takes me back to the starting page and prompts me to log in again. I attempted to access my account through the Kiwi website, but I couldn't find any option to choose the refund method there. I am hoping for assistance with this issue. The refund can be processed back to the original payment account used for purchasing the ticket. My booking number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted].

I need to cancel my flight today, the third leg of my journey, as I am too unwell to travel. My name is David Curran and I booked a flight on Batik Air, flight ID [redacted], from Jakarta to Perth. The second leg of my journey, arranged by Kiwi.com, was problematic. The connecting flight from KL Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 was impractical to reach in time, leading me to purchase another ticket to travel from KL to Jakarta. I am requesting a refund for both the problematic leg from KL to Jakarta and the onward flight to Perth.

Hello, I made a reservation for a new round trip flight from Bangkok to Bali for Patrick and Sandrine from March 8th to 13th, [redacted]. I went through the whole process, included a checked bag, and made the payment. However, I received a message saying the reservation was impossible, and there is no trace of it on the KIWI.com website. The amount of €[redacted].29 has been deducted from my Revolutionnarismes account though. The tickets are for Azamat Urazbekov, flying from Almaty to Warsaw on Feb 22, [redacted] (with 1 layover in Antalya) and returning on July 2, [redacted] from Warsaw to Almaty (with 1 layover in Doha).
