Purchased a flight with the implication that a personal item and carry on was included. My reservation currently states that I only have a personal item, and there is an option to purchase a checked bag but not a carry on. Is the carry on that I saw listed in the initial adverti*****t included?
I trust that Kiwi.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
