Hi I am a South African and have loaded my book onto Amazon, Kindle format but am struggling with the banking details. Please can you explain the process that we as South Africans must follow in order for sales to be paid into our account. I have a PayPal account as well as an account with a Swift code but all are looking for an IBAN number or routing number which the banks in South Africa do not issue. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
