My husband and I went to the newly remodeled KFC in Upland, CA* we had to wait bec of two wrong orders, and the cashier left for a few minutes* a long line began. On our order, there was a crispy piece* the guy denied it! then changed it but no apology was given.* We had wrong orders the last * times but didn't take them back. This is ridiculous and we won't be going back.*There were * wrong orders in the time we were there! You may have a new interior, but someone needs to train-fire the workers! Thanks.
