The survey offers rewards to all its participants. The rewards are listed on the receipt you received from the KFC store. The rewards are usually coupons from KFC that can be used to get free food or drinks from KFC.

When you finish the customer satisfaction survey, the portal will provide you with a unique code that will function as the coupon. The coupon is then redeemable henceforth with the reward listed on the KFC receipt.

What you need to enter the survey

There are certain things required for you to participate in the myKFCexperience survey. All of the details you need to participate in the survey are included in the KFC receipt including: the survey code, the date and time, the KFC store number and the ticket number.

The survey invitation with the KFC survey code can be included in the KFC receipt. It is a 17 character code with letters and numbers. You can still participate in the survey if your receipt does not have a survey invitation.

The KFC store number is usually helpful if you do not have a survey code. The store number has seven digits and is typically located on the top or bottom of the receipt. Every receipt has a different ticket number which will be located in t middle of the receipt.

You can take the survey by following this process:

  1. Launch your web browser
  2. Open KFC's myexperience website
  3. Read all the requirements and ensure you meet them before starting the survey
  4. Click the link to start the survey labeled 'Start Survey.' Alternatively you can click the 'Give Feedback' tab and simply leave a comment
  5. You will be prompted to input the Survey Code and time on your receipt. If you do not have the survey code, click the link and you will be prompted to submit the store number and ticket number
  6. Click 'Start' to begin the survey
  7. Answer all the questions and when done click 'Submit'
