Help with my Juul issue
GetHuman-bebby_db's next move: talk to Juul when they open.
Juul's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-bebby_db a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-bebby_db's own words:
I ordered a new JUUL under my warranty and cannot get further with my log in to see where the order has reached as I do not live in the USA so apparently my age cannot be verified!*This is pretty ridiculous as JUUL has had no problem emailing me (in my home country of Trinidad, firstly with my warranty and later with codes- to my Trinidad cellphone) **.How am I supposed to track my order?**. Will it be sent to my daughter’s Florida address or my Trinidad address which is the address it is warrantied under?
I trust that Juul will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
