The issue in GetHuman-philma's own words
I bought earrings today that were reduced to $** and the assistant asked me if I wanted a lifetime jewellery care plan. I replied definitely not as I was leaving for my home in Ireland today and it would not be feasible to bring them back. The other assistant agreed with me and the assistant typing in my purchases asked the other assistant how to remove the charge. I thought she’d done so but I’ve discovered she did not and I was charged the $**. I would like you to refund this $** back onto my credit card. I can send you pictures of the care plan and the receipt showing how I was charged. The store was in Queens Boulevard. **Kind regards **Philomena Doherty
