I work as a contract worker for a therapist based in Colorado who needed help with her Instagram account. We've tried three times to set it up, but it keeps getting disabled for "violating community guidelines" with no way to appeal. My client has vision problems, making these challenges even harder to navigate. I can't find a way to reach out to get her account reinstated or to understand why it's being disabled. Our posts were simple introductions, information on grief, and a picture of her guide dog - nothing inappropriate. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this platform is proving tough for disabled individuals to use. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with my hacked Instagram account. Despite following the processes on the website, I have not been successful in securing my account. Originally, my handle was @_sebwilkinson. I mistakenly clicked on a link sent by a friend whose account was hacked, giving the hacker access to my account. The hacker changed the username to @11_sebwilkinson11 and set up two-factor authentication with a different email and phone number. However, I believe my original email and phone number are still associated with the account. I went through additional authentication with Instagram, including facial recognition, to confirm my identity and received a code to log in. Unfortunately, the hacker quickly logged me out after I attempted to restrict their access. I would appreciate any help in reclaiming my account and preventing further unauthorized access. I am willing to provide any necessary information or photos to verify my identity. The hacker may have logged in from an unknown location, possibly in Ghana. I cannot access my @sssinnerx account despite knowing my password, having backup codes, and verifying my identity through email and videos. Instagram prompts me to use an authentication app that I never set up, and my backup codes aren't working. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through the support center, I am hitting a dead end. It is frustrating to face these obstacles even though I have all the necessary information to log in successfully. I hope to receive assistance promptly as this issue seems to revolve around a technical glitch rather than incorrect login credentials.

Hello, I am reaching out to address the various issues I have encountered with my Instagram account in the past month. On 04.12.22, my account was suspended, and after going through the verification steps with codes received via SMS and email, it reappeared shortly after. Following this, I added two-factor authentication and changed my password. I have reviewed all my posts, and nothing appears to violate the rules as evidenced by the account access restoration. On 11.01.23, my account was suspended again, and after entering verification codes, it reappeared later the same day. The cycle repeated on 12.01.23, with an additional message stating a violation of community guidelines even though I assure you that my posts have always been compliant. I am distressed to potentially lose all the memories stored on this account. I appreciate your assistance in looking into this matter closely. Unfortunately, my account "@_allsportsofficial_" has been disabled due to alleged copyright infringement claims. The brief footage of a blurred TV screen in the background for a few seconds, showing Usyk holding the Ukrainian flag, has led to this issue. Only Tyson Fury's voice is audible in the video, highlighting his reaction exclusively. The fight was aired by Sky Sports Boxing, yet a DMCA copyright notice from DAZN prompted my account's suspension. It's crucial to note that neither DAZN nor Sky Sports owns the specific content I shared. I crafted this video solely as a reaction clip of Tyson Fury. Hello, My Instagram account is blocked. When I try to log in, I get a message saying: "Suspicious activity detected. It's likely you've been a victim of a phishing attempt. We've temporarily locked your account to prevent any security issues. You may have accidentally entered your username and password on a suspicious link, and someone else tried to access your account." This is the message preventing me from logging in. Hello, My name is Anagha Melayil, and I am 23 years old, currently pursuing my MBA. I am the owner of the Instagram account anagha_melayil. I encountered some issues with accessing my account during my exams. After logging out, I uninstalled the app due to storage problems, and my device was damaged afterward, rendering the recovery process challenging as the two-factor authentication screenshot was lost. I have a major issue... I think my Instagram account was hacked! Someone requested verification and sent me messages pretending to be from Instagram support, asking for photos of my ID and driver's license. I complied. Then, a warning popped up saying someone in Frankfurt could be trying to access my Instagram account...and attempted to log me out, etc. When I tried to log back in, the email I used to open my Instagram no longer worked...nothing. I don't even know the email address (with dots between letters) where the reset link for Instagram is sent...please help! What should I do? Although I have [redacted] followers, maybe this is a sign to remove this enjoyable "distraction" from my life...or is there a way to safely continue using it? I might have to delete the account to prevent any misuse...I am reaching out to you because we have worked together before...thanks.

Hello, this is very urgent! My name is Mikhail Satanenko. Please help me recover my Instagram account @wasted.lord. My account was logged in on two of my smartphones, for clarification - iPhone 11 and Xiaomi Redmi 8. It started with my account crashing for 3 days in a row while logging in, it would ask me to enter the password again, I thought it was because the account was on two devices. Today, when I entered the password - I was prompted with a verification, I started it on iPhone 11, the task was "write the code from the email on a piece of paper, clearly and legibly, and take a selfie with it". I did all of this, but there was a loading circle in the middle of the screen, I continued and when I tried to send the photo with the code, nothing happened. When I tried again, I got a message saying "Your account violated Instagram's terms. It is no longer eligible for recovery" - not verbatim, but similar words. PLEASE, help me recover my account!! My account details: Facebook Misha Satanenko, phone number linked to the account +[redacted]49, email linked to the account [redacted], had around [redacted] followers and following. Please help me recover my account, I have important data in the messages.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account under the username: yvi_bb. My phone, the device I was previously logged in on, has broken. I attempted to log in on my new phone but struggled as I had forgotten my password and entered it incorrectly multiple times. Currently, I am on vacation in Spain (San Sebastian/Santander) rather than at my usual residence in Germany, Braunschweig. I asked a friend in Braunschweig to try logging in to see if it made a difference. During my password reset attempt, I realized that I may have mistakenly stored an incorrect email address on Instagram (it should be: [redacted]). Although I remembered the correct password yesterday, I am unable to log in due to the previous incorrect attempts. Furthermore, my account only displays a profile picture of me taken from a distance since I have not made any recent posts. Despite this, I am hopeful that there may be a way to verify my identity. Last July, my photography Instagram account was hacked. Despite multiple attempts to recover it and contacting Instagram support, I have been unable to regain access. The original account was called instantáneas ssm, but the current username is @alice_wong_1987. The hacker seems to be based in Thailand, as I now receive emails in Thai. I managed to change the password using my original email, but upon login, I receive a phishing warning and am asked to verify my identity through email or phone, both of which are now associated with the hacker. I urgently need a solution to this issue so I can continue using my account. You can verify the account is mine by the photos of my town, Ciudad Real (Spain), posted on it. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, Months ago, my Facebook account under the name Anna Koh was hacked. Subsequently, my Facebook and Instagram accounts linked to it, including those for my business Flashpoint Textiles and Media (@FlashpointTM on Instagram), were deleted without my knowledge. I am eager to recover my Instagram account in order to rebuild the brand. While the Facebook accounts are not a concern, I am focused on regaining access to Flashpoint’s Instagram account to avoid starting over with followers and branding. Hello, I recently got logged out of my Instagram account and I'm unable to log back in. I keep getting a message to try again later, which has been persistent. Instagram sent me various messages for identification via SMS, which I provided to them. I don't understand why I was logged out if everything was correct. I encountered issues receiving the SMS on my mobile network, so I didn't get it immediately. Currently, I can only use the Lite version, which is quite limited. We kindly seek immediate assistance as our Instagram business accounts, @thehusslasquad and @thesystemaus, were unexpectedly disabled simultaneously for allegedly "pretending to be someone else." It's important to clarify that we have never breached any guidelines or received warnings on either account, with each being active for 3 and 2 years respectively. We diligently adhere to the platform's rules. On 21/01/[redacted], thehusslasquad was disabled, followed by thesystemaus on 23/01/[redacted], both prompting the same demand for identity verification through a selfie with a government-issued ID. Despite complying with these instructions, our access to the accounts was permanently revoked due to the supposed violation. We are baffled since we are the legitimate owners and not engaged in any impersonation or deceptive behavior on these profiles. Hello, I received a message from Instagram today informing me that my account has been compromised and prompting me to change my password. Upon clicking the "change password" button, I realized I need to input my old password before creating a new one. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my old password. Despite attempting various passwords, including my linked Facebook account credentials, none have been successful. When trying the "Forgot password" option, I keep getting redirected back to the compromise message. It seems the password reset link is affected by the compromise. Hello, Last year, my personal Instagram account got disabled, and I've almost lost hope of recovering it. However, I thought I would try once more. This account is vital to me as I have a significant number of followers who form a crucial part of my support network. When the account was disabled, I received a message mentioning a security issue. Despite numerous attempts to appeal through Instagram's help page, I keep receiving notifications that the user does not exist, making me confused and disheartened. I can't even create a new account with the same username as it's recognized as already in use. We recently received a message from a customer on our Mayamexicanrestaurant Instagram account inquiring about adding us to see her new line of home decor products. Assuming it was her, I responded positively. Unfortunately, our account was then compromised, and scammers are now attempting to deceive our followers. This has led to an influx of unwanted communication through phone calls, texts, and emails. As a long-standing establishment in our community with nearly 60 years of history, building our Instagram presence has been a significant achievement. Regaining control of our account is crucial as this situation is both frustrating and distressing. We urge Instagram to enhance security measures to prevent such hacks easily occurring in the future.
