Hello, my account got deactivated as I suspect it was hacked. I've been trying for weeks to recover it by sending emails with a photo and the code, but haven't got any response. To make matters worse, the new account I opened last week, @chocolateblanco40, has now been closed after I entered the password and code for verification promising a response in 24 hours. I urgently need help to recover both accounts - @cesarcastro38 with email [redacted] and @chocolateblanco40 with email [redacted] Thank you.

Yesterday, my Instagram account was hacked. I received an email notification from an unfamiliar device located two states away from me. Upon checking my account, I discovered posts promoting "RayBan Official" were made without my consent. Despite changing my password and enhancing security measures, my subsequent posts were repeatedly removed for allegedly violating community guidelines, which I believe they did not. I seek assistance to resolve these issues and be able to post without encountering further difficulties. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am a commercial artist who uses Instagram. Recently, I encountered an issue where Instagram mistakenly believed I was underage to use the platform. Despite being 16 years old and able to provide proof with my Canadian Health Card, they disabled my account due to a joke in my bio. I have reached out to their Facebook customer service with no luck in receiving a response. I fear losing my account with 30,[redacted] followers, which is vital to my income and has been a significant source of support. I am unsure how to directly contact Facebook support for assistance. My Instagram account was disabled for violating terms. I mistakenly uploaded a picture that I didn't know was against Instagram's rules – it was a joker picture. Within seconds, my account was disabled. I have so many memories on my account and I am kindly requesting for it to be re-enabled. I promise to be more careful in the future and not make the same mistake again. Please, can you enable my account again?

My Instagram account (vaishu.tharma) has been deactivated due to something I did that goes against your terms, which I am not aware of and was a mistake. When I tried to fill out the form during the sign-up process, after submitting, it asked me to confirm in my Instagram account that I am the owner, but I cannot access my account. During a difficult time where I was at hospice caring for a family member, my Instagram account got hacked. Unfortunately, I only noticed the emails about changes to my account six months later when it was too late to reverse them. Despite my attempts to contact support, they claim the account is not mine, even though I have emails documenting the hacking incident.

Hello, My name is Adrian Caruana. My Instagram account with the username adrian.caruana has been temporarily blocked without reason. It states that it's due to suspicious activities. I logged in on my computer, possibly triggering the block due to the algorithm. Unfortunately, the email I used to sign up is no longer active, making it impossible to receive the unblocking code. I have reached out to Instagram multiple times, providing detailed information and verification such as old passwords, usernames, a selfie, and a handwritten code on paper shown on camera. Despite my efforts, my account remains blocked. Initially, I received responses, but now my support requests are being ignored. I have never violated their terms and don't understand why assistance is lacking. Some important photos are only saved on my profile without a backup. Can anyone assist me with resolving this issue? I encountered an issue with logging in after accessing my Instagram account on multiple devices. I was abruptly logged out of my account, @_camovee, due to perceived suspicious activity. Following this, I was prompted to input a verification code sent to my phone number. After doing so, I was informed that if my information is confirmed, I could request a review in approximately 24 hours. It has now been 78 hours since then, and I have not received any updates. Additionally, I do not have an email linked to the account. I am eager for Instagram to confirm my account and allow me to log back in as my account is currently disabled. My Instagram account, @mariahcareyrares, was mistakenly disabled for impersonation, which I did not do. I explicitly stated on my Instagram page that I was not affiliated with the celebrity or her team. I was simply sharing content like millions of other fan pages. It is extremely unfair that despite making it clear I was not impersonating anyone or pretending to be someone I am not, my account was taken down. I have submitted numerous appeals using the forms provided by Instagram, but I have not received any helpful responses. This situation deeply impacts my business since I have a large following on Instagram that I rarely use to promote my business to my followers. Please review my account and help me create a case to restore my account.

I used multiple apps to find ghost followers on Instagram, causing my account to be blocked for security reasons. To recover it, I need access to an old phone number that I no longer use or an email account that I haven't logged into for years. Microsoft prompted me with security questions about the old email account, which I primarily used to access Facebook. Recovering my account is important to me as it holds all my memories, friends, and meme accounts. Creating a new account would mean starting from scratch, which took me over a year to build. I'd appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I registered a business account on Instagram, but it got blocked after verification for suspicious activity. I provided my phone number for review, but two days later, both accounts were disabled for violating terms. This also happened with the second account I created. Could you please assist with restoring the following usernames: @bagwithnature and @bagwithnature_? On October 27, [redacted], my Instagram account @enzoxme was disabled with a message stating that it was deactivated because I supposedly pretend to be someone else. However, I am not pretending to be anyone; I am just running a fan account for @enzotaistoi to support him. I am reaching out to request the reactivation of my account as I have not violated any rules. I am a fan page, and Enzo himself follows me, messages me, and likes my posts. Having his photo as my profile picture is normal as I am a fan account. This is the first time I have encountered any issues with my account, and I am disappointed that accounts are disabled without valid reasons or prior verification of compliance. Please consider reinstating my account as it holds all my memories, messages, and more. My account is precious to me, and I kindly request Instagram to reactivate it.

Hello, My company is being targeted by a scammer who is working in cahoots with Instagram. Stolen photos from my website spa-luxury-paris.fr are being circulated on a fake profile (spa_privatif_). The scammer is using my photos to sell fake services and deceive internet users. I have contacted your services numerous times without any results. I have provided various evidence, such as an extract from the company registry, passport, and the website link, but you continue to allow this scammer to operate, damaging the reputation of my business. I have reported this to the fraud department and highlighted your negligence and what I consider to be complicity with this scammer. I will be taking legal action with my lawyer for complicity and will seek damages if nothing is done promptly. Furthermore, I will reach out to JULIEN COURBET for his show on scams, which has 2 million viewers, in order to hold INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTABLE AND TO HAVE THIS ISSUE SHARED ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
