ok so i am currently using another instagram account because my main instagram account...

i was trying to log into my old instagram account but i lost my phone and even if the code comes in it will be on the phone that i had lost ... ok so i am currently using another instagram account because my main instagram account i cannot get into. This is because i had last my phone and i used to get the recovery code from it but it is lost and when i get the recovery code to log in i cant because the code goes to my phone that is lost and i dont remember my password.. My instagram username is @datboii.kt and i woukd really like to get back into my account as soon as possible... The instagram account i am currently using is @ker*wyn**...please help me get into my main account back again.please

it was a account i had from **** until march **th,**** when i had lost it and i have all my friends and family on that old account.
