I created an account for my business, but I never posted a picture or used it yet. I believe the account was disabled for not being verified. I understand I should have verified it, but I never received a warning. The account was created to promote a web series under the names Brianna Rob****** or Lily Winters/Cross. I am frustrated and looking to resolve this without having to create a new account.

However, upon trying to promote a post, I noticed a significant decrease in reach compared to previous promotions. Further investigation revealed that my hashtags are not visible to anyone but my followers. Even after having my friends check, the hashtags remain unseen. A few months ago, my Instagram account was hacked, and I was logged out due to suspicious activity. After changing my password, everything seemed fine until I experienced three more hacking incidents where no spam was sent out. Upon checking my account settings today, I discovered that my username, email, and password were changed. When attempting to log in again, I was redirected to the Instagram help center without being able to take any actions. I also received an email reporting a login attempt by a mobile user in Cedar Rapids, IA, although I reside in Nebraska. I need assistance with regaining access to my account and implementing security measures to prevent future hacks.

Whenever I attempt to individually unfollow multiple Instagram users who don't follow me back, my account keeps getting temporarily blocked. The notification claims I am using an unauthorized app to gain likes and followers, which is inaccurate. I believe I should have the freedom to unfollow those who don't reciprocate without restrictions or penalties. Recently, I was blocked for a whole week, unable to engage with others on the platform. Today, upon regaining access, the issue reoccurred when I tried to unfollow non-followers. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, Recently, a hacker gained access to both my Instagram account and my email address. Consequently, the hacker was able to change my password, my linked email address, and the provided mobile number. This all occurred within minutes, leaving me locked out of both accounts. Shortly after my login details were altered, I noticed activity on my Instagram account despite being unable to log in. After regaining access to my email address a few days later, I read all the emails from Instagram informing me of the changes made to my account details. Unfortunately, I am unable to reverse the situation or change my access information since the hacker altered every linking option. I am deeply attached to my account and regret losing it. I encountered an issue while trying to create an account. Initially, I entered my phone number but later decided to link it to my email instead. When I reopened the app to make this change, a message popped up stating that I was temporarily blocked for being too fast. Despite understanding it was a mistake, I accepted the temporary block. However, it has been almost two weeks now, and I am still unable to create an account. I assure you that I am a genuine user and not a bot or spam account. I have attempted to resolve the problem by reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but I am still facing the same issue. I simply wish to proceed with creating my account.

Dear Sir, I purchased a Designer handbag at a 50% discount through Instagram on October 13, [redacted], at around 5:23 pm AEST. Upon selecting the "shop now" tab, I proceeded with the purchase using my PayPal account. The payment was processed at 5:25:25 pm AEST. Although I have proof of payment in my PayPal account, I have not received a receipt via email from the seller, with the PayPal transaction indicating buymybestitem as the seller. Despite contacting the company through multiple emails and providing both of my email addresses, they claim to have no record of my order for the handbag. I have forwarded my PayPal receipt to them, but the issue regarding the missing receipt and the handbag purchase remains unresolved. I am experiencing issues with my DMs on Instagram. I rely on messaging for work and it's crucial, especially since commissions are currently closed. When I try to open the DMs tab, it just shows the loading screen indefinitely. I am a new user on Instagram and facing a ban. I am on hospice care and disabled. I feel like my rights have been taken away. I have not used any profanity and am confused about why I was banned. It's been three days already, and I simply want the ban lifted. My communication was limited, and the ban was supposed to end on 11/26. From Thursday to Sunday, I kept receiving pop-ups prompting me to change my password due to a possible compromise of my Instagram account. I was locked out of my account for approximately 26 hours from Saturday to Sunday. When I regained access, I refrained from any activity to safeguard the account. However, at 2 AM this morning, another pop-up appeared requesting a verification code and password change, but I encountered an error each time I tried. Hello, my name is Daniel Khazaal. I am the owner of an online store in Lebanon known as @Saleshub.lb on Instagram, which is linked to our Facebook page, Saleshub.lb, where I am an admin. Recently, we received a report from JBL by Harman regarding unauthorized sales of their speakers. We missed the email asking us to remove the content due to being busy. Our account was suddenly disabled for violating Instagram rules after posting about 3 JBL products (clearly labeled as copies with documented customer conversations). We invested over a year of hard work and $[redacted] in promotions, only to be disabled without warning. We are willing to delete any rule-breaking content and ensure this won't happen again. It would have been more acceptable to receive a temporary suspension rather than a sudden disablement.
