Hello, it's been over a month since my profile got disabled (I manage a fan page, and the person involved is aware) because I was accused of pretending to be someone else, which is not true. On January 17th, I received a message when I opened Instagram saying my account was logged out because the password had been changed, not by me of course, and then my account was disabled. The last time I logged in was on Wednesday, January 16th, and on Thursday the 17th my password was changed and the profile disabled. I care deeply about this fan page and have always managed it in accordance with your guidelines without pretending to be someone else. My Instagram account "sruti6069" has been deleted without my request. I have important data and contacts stored there, and I am extremely disappointed. I need help recovering my account safely. I had an account "sruti6069" that was deleted by Instagram without my request. I am disappointed as I had important data and contacts in my account. I am very upset about this and want to safely recover my account at any cost. I need help to restore my account as soon as possible. This distressing situation has been filed with the local authorities and the National Crime Agency, who have advised that you are mandated to report this to NCMEC. Through some initial inquiries, we suspect the perpetrator may be based in Baghdad. Your cooperation in identifying and potentially prosecuting this individual is urgently sought. A few years ago, my Instagram account was hacked and I now want to delete it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with the account as they were likely changed by the hackers. My Facebook is not linked to this account, and there may be childhood pictures of me on it, although I can't recall for certain as it's been a while since I could access it. I would appreciate it if Instagram could delete this account. When the account was hacked, I had to submit pictures of myself to verify my identity, which may assist in this process.

Hello! I am in possession of an Instagram account that was hacked and subsequently deactivated. The last time I accessed my account was on Feb 20, [redacted], in Philippine time. I received a notification indicating that my password was altered, and upon logging in, I was informed that my account had been deactivated since Feb 21, [redacted]. I received an email alleging that I violated some of Instagram's guidelines, but I am confident there has been a misunderstanding. I am not engaging in any form of impersonation, bullying, or harassment. My account is dedicated to being a fan page for the popular drag queen, Naomi Smalls. I have consistently stated that I am merely an admirer of hers and have never mistreated anyone. On this account, I had posted a single photo and had around 1,[redacted] followers while following [redacted] accounts. My original username was @afsbr_1133ffs, then changed to @obsessed.w.naomi, and finally settled on @naomi.owns.this.ass. When I initially registered, my phone number was [redacted]6, which I later updated to [redacted]8. Initially, I did not have an iPhone, but I acquired one when I updated my phone number. The email associated with this account may have been [redacted], although I am not entirely certain. I subsequently switched to [redacted], and finally settled on [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide, as I put considerable effort into nurturing that account.

Hello, I'm Danielle D. I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account on my iPhone. I used to have two-factor authentication where I would use an app to generate a password for Instagram. Unfortunately, my phone fell down an elevator shaft a few days ago and was completely ruined. I got a new phone, but I can't remember my password. I received text messages to reset the password, but when I click on the link, it asks me for the code generated by the app that I can't access without my password. My account, @jqketav, has been disabled unexpectedly. I never received any warnings or reasons for the suspension. I have business commitments tied to this account, and its disabled status is preventing me from fulfilling them, causing inconvenience. Additionally, my other account, @necrobreaker, although still accessible, displays a similar error message when I try to log in - "Error: Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I seek assistance to regain access to both accounts, specifically to reactivate @jqketav. I mentioned my account as a "Government Organization" in jest, despite being an art-focused account. Preserving @jqketav is crucial to me as it has nearly 11k followers, and my influence within the community relies on it.

One of my Instagram stories was deleted due to violating Instagram's "Community Guidelines" on harassment or bullying. The post featured a picture of my partner affectionately using the term "hoe" and expressing missing me. While we intended it as playful banter, it was flagged for removal. I find it unfair that my post was targeted when other users share content involving drug use and pornography. I believe that someone reported my post as a joke, but having my account deactivated for harmless teasing between my partner and me is unacceptable. Kindly assist in resolving this matter as I value being able to share personal content on my private account without fear of unjust repercussions.

I am a high school student named Connor Esch, my account is @eschconnor. In North Hunterdon High School, Annandale, NJ. Another account, @twobootsimhornylocalhookup, is impersonating me. They are using a photo from my sophomore year when I wore two medical brace boots due to breaking my heels in freshman year. The username and description on the account suggest inappropriate behavior for a minor like me. I find this violating Instagram’s terms and privacy policy and request the account's removal. Hello, I'm Nadine and I run a fan account for buying and selling albums of artists I like. Unfortunately, in December, a cyberbully unfairly reported my account for impersonation, causing it to be deactivated. I reached out to Facebook Ad Helper's live chat and was assisted by a representative named Orla. With Orla's help, my account was successfully restored in 9 days after the first incident. However, the same issue occurred again, and Orla supported me in regaining access to my account once more. Despite my efforts, my account was reported and disabled for impersonation a third time. I've tried multiple appeal forms provided by representatives, but no responses have been received after numerous attempts. This account holds significant value to me, and I suspect malicious intent behind these actions. Any assistance in retrieving my Instagram account with the username @yugyeom, created in August [redacted], would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I signed up for an account named "thestachecat" so my friends could see updates about my cat separately from my personal account. Due to my lack of social media experience, I may have inadvertently violated Instagram's terms, resulting in the account being disabled. I tried to appeal by filling out a form, but received no response. I wanted to create a new account, but I can't use my email ([redacted]) as it's still linked to the disabled account. I would like to either reactivate "thestachecat" with additional profile details or be able to use [redacted] for a new account.

Hello, I apologize for any confusion. I am an Italian user facing an issue with my Instagram account. When I tried to log in, I discovered that my account name (@DANIPIXO, screen name DANILO CAVENAGHI) had been changed to @SETHXAAR. Even though the account name is different, it still contains all my photos, including pictures of my children. I created a new account with my Facebook login, but I really need to access my original account. I have been attempting to regain access to my account since the 21st. Upon logging out on my phone to check another account, I was unable to log back in as I was prompted to verify via a text to an inactive number. The only option presented is to use an old backup code, which I cannot access without logging into my account. This issue has persisted for three days, despite my efforts. I followed instructions to submit a photo with my account info, then to provide my account details and linked phone number. I was then informed I may be inquiring about the wrong account, or possibly forgetting my username, which I have used consistently for 18 years. I urgently need to access my account housing family and business photos.

My account, #MoveFest, is receiving harassing and bullying comments from djalsostarring. We have reported this issue multiple times and have blocked him, but he continues to harass users by commenting on posts related to #MoveFest, #SteamboatMovementFest, and similar hashtags. He is targeting anyone who shares content related to these events. We are receiving complaints from others about his behavior. We are requesting that he be blocked from commenting on anything related to our event and its hashtags. Due to the ongoing problem despite our reports, we believe he should be banned from Instagram entirely.

Good morning, I'm Roberto Ballone, one of the owners of Idea Lab Srl, the company that owns the Instagram account Collection.is.a.passion. We sell toy collections for kids and actively use this account to target children aged 7-14. Recently, we've been promoting an accessory for mobile phones called PopPhone, similar to the American product, Popsocket. However, Instagram has removed 20 of our posts and deactivated our profile due to a trademark complaint from PopSockets LLC regarding the word "Popphone." We hold a trademark in Italy for PopPhone and have no intention of using the term "POP" independently. We have reached out to PopSockets LLC to cease using "POP" and find a resolution, but have not received a response. We operate solely in Italy and are not competitors of PopSockets LLC. Our legal team is investigating if "POP" is trademarked in Europe. We believe Instagram's actions are unjust, impacting our business financially. We aim to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Dear Instagram Support Team, I am urgently seeking help with removing my two Instagram accounts and all fake accounts that have been created or impersonated as me. My ex and his friend are damaging my reputation by posting false information about me, which is distressing as it is visible to my friends and family. They are spreading untrue rumors about me using drugs, which is completely false and harmful. I request that all my Facebook accounts, including over 10 fake profiles, be deleted. Additionally, they have gained unauthorized access to my devices and Google accounts, altering my information without consent. This has escalated to threats and stalking, causing me to fear for my safety. They have even created fake accounts for my son, further complicating the situation. I am concerned about my and my son's safety and urge you to take action promptly. I will not be online until this issue is resolved and seek legal intervention. As a photographer, I recently shared a photo of a man without showing any genitalia or buttocks, just above the pubis, on Instagram. However, I received a notification stating that the image violated their guidelines. I swiftly appealed the decision, but it has been a week, and I have yet to receive any updates.
