I'm using an Android LG phone and I'm experiencing issues uploading photos correctly to my Instagram story from my business account. While my personal account works fine, the images remain blurry and I cannot resize them when posting from my business account. This problem just started today as yesterday everything was working well. I've tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache, freeing up storage, updating the app, and even reinstalling it, but the problem persists. I am experiencing difficulties with Instagram where it continuously deletes my followers, following, and some of my pictures. This issue has been ongoing for years, despite creating new accounts with different emails and passwords. For instance, yesterday I followed my friends and family, had around 50 followers and was following 40 accounts back. However, within 1-2 hours, all of them were deleted except for a single picture of a gingerbread man. These are not fake followers as they are genuinely friends and family. Even when we interact on the platform, the connections disappear without anyone unfollowing each other. This has happened across three different phones, making it frustrating to fully engage with Instagram. I am seeking assistance to resolve this problem so I can use the platform effectively.

Hello, I am encountering an issue trying to regain access to my Instagram account, which I rely on for generating income by promoting events. I need assistance in reporting an account that has been set up for the purpose of bullying, harassing, and shaming others. The individual behind it has a history of engaging in these behaviors and has faced legal consequences in the past. The images used on the account are not original, and the accompanying captions are derogatory. What's worse is that her friends support and contribute to the negative content, often targeting people they don't even know. This behavior is unacceptable, and I personally know several individuals who have been affected by it. Despite ongoing legal issues related to harassment, she continues to post harmful content about others. I have already reported the account, but it was deemed to not violate the platform's Terms of Service, which is surprising considering the evident bullying.

I lost access to my Instagram account suddenly. Upon trying to log in, I received an error saying my account could not be found. I reached out to Instagram via email, followed their instructions, and was informed that my account was disabled for violating their terms and conditions, despite not receiving any prior warnings. My account is personal and in no way violates policies or impersonates anyone. Instagram did not provide any further details on how to resolve this or if I can recover my account. I am experiencing an issue with my two accounts, @karinacarrasco and @soysauxeofficial. When I try to log in as @soysauxeofficial, I am directed to the @karinacarrasco account, even though they have different emails and login credentials. The email linked to @karinacarrasco is [redacted], and the one for @soysauxeofficial is [redacted] Despite entering the correct username/email and password for @soysauxeofficial, it keeps redirecting me to @karinacarrasco. I have attempted troubleshooting steps like deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as removing @karinacarrasco from the app and Facebook login, but the issue persists. I have been dealing with a relentless harasser on Instagram since July who keeps creating fake accounts. Despite blocking them and adjusting my privacy settings, they continue to tag me in inappropriate pictures. I am unsure of the person's identity and simply want the harassment to end. My brother passed away three months ago, and his ex-girlfriend accessed his account, posted pictures, and then blocked me and other family members. I received an email from Riley, but the responses seem automated and repetitive. Riley mentioned that the ex-girlfriend was blocked, and the account was memorialized, but since the page was private, we can't access his friend list to view his pictures. I've asked Riley to make the page open or delete the account entirely. I hope to receive a more personalized response from a human. His Instagram handle is @HollywoodKapone_050. I have reached out to Instagram multiple times but have not received a response. When someone tags or mentions me in a post on Instagram, I usually click on the notification to see the comment and then find a link to view the actual post. However, my account does not have this feature, and I can only see the comments section when someone mentions or tags me. This occurs on all posts, and it's not due to being blocked. I am unable to interact with my friends on Instagram who tag me, which means I miss out on the content they are sharing with me. My Instagram username is misswkay.

There is a concerning individual on this site, John Erningway, who has been engaging in inappropriate conversations with minors. He has contacted young girls aged 12 and 13, trying to persuade them to share explicit photos. He needs to be stopped immediately! The j_e1212 profile is filled with young girls, some underage, posting inappropriate photos. My own daughter was contacted by him! I demand that action be taken against him, or I will bring attention to how predators are using this site to target victims. It is crucial for the safety of all users that measures are put in place to prevent this kind of behavior!

I made an Instagram account for my cat, Stinky, like many others who showcase their pets. The following day, the app requested age verification. In jest, I entered my cat's age, stating he was 3 years old. Consequently, Instagram locked me out for being underage until I can prove otherwise. I sent pictures of my ID showing my name as "Melissa," conflicting with the account name "Stinky." I received a message stating I am using the wrong channel to resolve the issue, claiming it's not linked to age verification, which clearly it is. I'm dealing with an issue where someone used my email to create an Instagram account and is now sending inappropriate content. I tried to delete the account but couldn't do it. I've reported the problem with proof of my identity. The account is Dunnyrafman9t, username Dunny, and it seems to be from Russia. I have been experiencing trouble accessing my Instagram account, Vote4nat, as both the Instagram and email passwords have been changed. Despite knowing my old password, I am unable to update my email address as Instagram claims my password is incorrect. Instagram requested a photo with a specific code, my full name, and username, which I provided in my Air Force military uniform. To no avail, I then sent another photo with similar attire but did not receive a response. Attempts to contact Instagram through email have been unsuccessful, and Microsoft has blocked my email due to multiple failed login attempts. Despite efforts to recover my email account through security questions, they have also been altered. I have been trying to reach Instagram for weeks through voicemails and emails without success.
