My Instagram account was hacked this past Friday evening, December 7th, and I only noticed the problem on Saturday, December 8th. I contacted Instagram, but they claim the account has been deleted, which is not true. The hacker changed the account name, username, email, and password. The hacker is currently using the name Caroline White and the username walker_9dorse. Unfortunately, I do not know the new email and password as they were altered by the hacker.
I am able to see my posts on my children's Instagram account under the hacker's information. They also gained access to our email by using the email address associated with the original account. I have provided Instagram with a secure email for contact and photo evidence, as well as confirmation from myself and my daughter, whose pictures are on the hacked account.
My original username was sdeldridg. I utilized the Instagram app, so I didn't need a password after the initial login, making it difficult for me to remember what it was.

I have been locked out of my business account for over a week now, and this is severely impacting my operations. I usually use the app on my phone to log in through Facebook, but that option is no longer available. I've tried resetting via email, but I don't recognize the email address it's sending instructions to. When I log in with my username and password, it keeps directing me to my personal account instead. My Instagram is still connected to Facebook, but I'm unable to change my password. I am facing an issue with my business Instagram account. My username is now @_lilgrit after changing it from @lil_grit_. A competitor purchased fake followers which caused my followers to increase from [redacted],[redacted] to [redacted],[redacted]. Since then, some fake followers have been removed, and I am now at around [redacted],[redacted]. I believe the surge happened on Friday, December 7th, making it easier to identify and remove them. I've been manually deleting them, but with around [redacted] fake followers, it's a time-consuming process. I would like to return to my original follower count of [redacted],[redacted] before the fake followers were added.

I am deeply concerned about several Instagram users who are posing as military men on peace missions. Despite reporting this to Instagram, they have not acknowledged the issue. One individual in particular sent me love declarations shortly after we started talking and later requested $[redacted] under false pretenses. When I questioned him, he turned aggressive and even threatened harm towards me and my children. His accomplice also harassed me. I fear for the safety of other vulnerable individuals who may fall victim to these scams. The men involved are Melvin John, Richard Floyd, Mikel James, and Andrew Favia. Since November 27th, my account has been hacked. Despite daily reports by myself and my friends, my username, email, and password have been altered. The hacker changed my bio and profile picture to something inappropriate. It's distressing as messages are being sent to me regarding this. It's alarming that a Russian account now has my personal data and photos. My username "josie_devine" was changed to "nasidakehlani". At this point, I'm not concerned about my images or followers, just the removal of the account. Although I tried creating a new account, it was disabled for not following guidelines. When attempting to report via the help center, I encounter an "invalid parameters" message. Despite reaching out through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, I haven't received any responses. I'm seeking a resolution.

Hello, I am having an issue with my Instagram account "VIVY7vs". On Saturday night, my Instagram account got disabled, and when I tried to log in, it said "account not found". I used Aurora for only 1 month, not realizing it violated Instagram's policies. I had asked Aurora support before if it was safe and they assured me it was not risky. I have now canceled the subscription. I did not receive any warning before my Instagram account was disabled.
How can I restore it? I don't want to lose this account as I have had it for years with many memories of me and my friends. I am desperate at the thought of losing it forever.

I've reported several issues in the past few days about my login request. I was trying to use the "ask me a question" sticker on my second account's story, but it wasn't available. So, I logged out hoping it would help, but now when I try to log back in, I get a message saying "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I've attempted multiple times and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists with both my accounts. Luckily, I can still login through my Facebook account. I can access my secondary account on the web, but this issue is frustrating. Please address this problem soon.

I encounter an issue whenever I attempt to "like" a photo of a family member or friend on Instagram. A pop-up notification consistently states "action blocked," mentioning that my account has been blocked due to previous use of this feature. This has persisted for several months, occasionally allowing me to like only one photo before the block resumes. Despite providing an unblocking date, the issue persists on my account, causing great frustration. My original Instagram account was hacked, and after unsuccessful attempts to recover it, I started a new one, losing all photos from the original account. I encountered a sponsored ad from Zenir about a month ago and purchased a product. Following my purchase, I noticed that I accidentally added two items to my cart. I promptly contacted Zenir through email to request the removal of one item and a refund for the difference. They responded swiftly, confirming my request and ensuring that the refund would be processed while the remaining item would be shipped. However, despite their assurances, I have yet to receive the refund or the item. Over the past two weeks, I have made six attempts to reach out to Zenir via email, their website, and phone, but have not received any response. It appears that I have been unfairly charged £65. I am eager to have the issue resolved and obtain a refund. I believe that Instagram, as a reputable company, would not support illicit sellers who deceive their customers, and I hope to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.

I suspect my account has been compromised once more. This occurred previously on Tuesday, and I was able to regain access. I believe I last logged in yesterday (December 13, [redacted]). My app is linked to two accounts, @bellscatbeauty and @bellascaturro. When attempting to access @bellscatbeauty, a message indicated that I had been logged out, leading to a complete loss of access upon trying to log back in. Despite using the password from Tuesday, it was deemed incorrect. Upon selecting the option to reset via email, the email was unfamiliar and related to the previous hack. Attached is an image of the email received. As this Instagram account is vital to my business and showcases my career progression, I urgently seek your assistance in recovering it and advice on enhancing security measures.

I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account under the username sarahlikestocolor. When I input the username and password, it redirects me to my art account sarahberrydraws. I have attempted to log in through Facebook, but it only created a new account. Yesterday, I noticed a sudden drop in my Instagram follower count. Initially, 80 people unfollowed me, which I followed back, but then [redacted] more disappeared, leaving me with only [redacted] followers from my original [redacted]. I am extremely frustrated with Instagram ads. I have attempted to run promoted ads on multiple occasions on two different accounts, the latest being "mel_the_clothing". I do not have any specific targeting, just focusing on my local network and people with similar interests. Unfortunately, every time I run the ads, I end up with no results despite paying. It's frustrating to see other local businesses thriving with their ads. I have tried reaching out to Instagram through surveys and bug reports, but I never receive a response. We are in the process of setting up a new Instagram account for our business, Roanoke ATA Martial Arts, which we purchased almost two years ago. However, we have discovered that the previous owners had already created an account under the same name before the business was transferred to us.
