Dear Instagram, I am Jasmesha F. and my Instagram account, iloveyoursoul33, was hacked by Xemillia_JacksonX, who is pretending to be badgirlriri. This individual appeared as a follower without my consent and has been cyberbullying me. I believe the person behind this account is actually Rihanna Fenty. I have reached out to Facebook in the past regarding similar issues, but received no help. I have evidence of the cyberbullying and harassment dating back to [redacted]. Dear Sir, I am seeking assistance as my sister's account was hacked yesterday and the hacker is now blackmailing her. He is also misusing her account. My sister was using Instagram with a mobile number linked to her account, but the hacker changed this linked mobile number and her account ID. The new ID is now _x_pooja_ instead of p2._patel. I want to report a cyber romance scam involving a Nollywood Nigerian actor named Mike Ezuruonye. There are over [redacted] fake accounts of him on various social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook that are being used to scam women. These fake accounts are run by scammers who blackmail victims, including sending explicit photos and coercing vulnerable women into giving them money. I have started a group to help victims and have already saved many from falling victim to these scams. We need to investigate and remove these fake accounts from social media to stop this crime. My Instagram account was recently compromised and the hacker changed my password, email, and username. I have been unable to regain access to my account, even after attempting to reset the password. I suspect it might be the individual who now has my old phone number. Despite reaching out to Instagram's support team multiple times, I have not received any assistance. My original username was domoswaffles, but it has been altered to wes_8197_damien. I have also reported the new account, but no action has been taken yet. I am concerned about the security of my personal information on the account.

I need assistance with logging into my business Instagram account on the computer. I initially created a personal Instagram using my business email and later connected it to my business account. However, I linked my business Instagram to Facebook for page connectivity, using the same business email for the Facebook login. While both accounts are visible on my phone, I cannot access the business account on my computer where my business images are stored. When attempting to reset the password for the business account, I receive a link on my phone that only allows access to the app, not the password reset. Instagram requires the old password for a password reset, which I am unable to recall and verify. This issue is preventing me from accessing my business account, and the process seems to have a glitch. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Instagram, I recently created a new account accidentally using the same email address as my existing one. After realizing my mistake, I disabled the new account. However, upon attempting to log back into my original account, I was met with a message about a suspicious login attempt. I followed the instructions in the help center to change my password, but I am still unable to access my account despite resetting the password. I believe the issue may be due to having the same email on both accounts. When trying to change the email following the provided link, I am prompted to edit my profile, but since I cannot access my account, I am unable to do so. I have been using Instagram for a year, regularly going live almost every week or every month. However, for the past two to three months, I have been experiencing issues with my live streams. They abruptly end after only 10 to 15 minutes, and sometimes they pause and end after just one minute. This is very frustrating as going live is an essential way for me to communicate with my followers. Hello, my Instagram account got hacked. Here are the issues I'm facing: - My username changed from leonarajimenez1 to heksedx. - The dashboard shows [redacted] posts, but in the feed, it says "no posts yet," which is confusing. - The recovery information has been altered by someone or a bot. Before the hack, my account details were: User: Leonora Jimenez Phone: +[redacted] [redacted] Email: [redacted] Please check your records for verification. Additionally, my Instagram account is linked to a business account through a Facebook fan page, which has now been unlinked. In the Facebook dashboard, the Instagram account no longer appears as logged in. Normally, when recovery information changes, an email is sent to notify the account holder, but I didn't receive any such emails. Also, the number of followers and following displayed as blank.

I had trouble accessing my Instagram account. Usually, I log in through Facebook, but this time a different Instagram account was linked to it. When I tried to reset my password, the email went to a different account. If I tried to log in with Facebook, it created a new Instagram account. Finally, I found out that my Instagram account was deleted for allegedly violating terms and conditions, which I didn't do. How can I regain access to my account?

Hello Instagram Team, My account was disabled on Sunday, May 27, [redacted], at around 11AM. The reason given was a violation of terms, which I am certain I did not do. I have always used Instagram respectfully and never intended to harm others with my posts. It is disheartening to lose the account where I put in so much effort to connect with friends and grow my online presence. I have encountered a significant security concern - my account was accessed by an individual in Italy while I am located in New York. I have taken steps to address the issue by changing my password, removing the added screen name, unfollowing unauthorized users, blocking suspicious followers, and deleting the phone number that was added to my account. The person who accessed my account seems to have made an unintentional error as they have a collection of over 3,[redacted] legitimate posts. I am reluctant to delete my account as I now wish to continue using it. It is problematic that the individual provided my email address, making it challenging to contact them. Although I could call the phone number they added, I am hesitant to incur international call charges to reach the person who compromised my account, especially if it was accidental. Hello, I would appreciate your assistance with an issue that has been troubling me. I had an Instagram account which I deleted. Recently, I created a new one using the same phone number. Upon checking my blocked users, I noticed that a user I had blocked on my previous account was only partially blocked on my new account - restricted from accessing my websites and videos.
