Our case number is ****-***** We have had many many issues with our order i dont know where to start. We had an order come damaged back in June. we were to receive a replacement and we got a delivery date changed *-* times. Finally asked for a refund to be done with it. I spent way too many hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it delivered. WE were told we would receive the refund in *-** business days, TWICE. Still have not. Received that. We have filed a dispute. Please help me resolve this for this is the worst customer care experience i have EVER experienced and would like to be compensated. I had a customer care worker give me her email and i was told if i didn’t get the refund to email her. I did and I haven’t heard back. I would like to get a gift card in the amount of the refund i was to be provided with if thats easier. Please get back to me as soon as you can. I have tried calling the customer care line over ten times but its says your call volume is too large and you can not take my call at this time. UNREAL. I look forward to hearing from someone very soon. Hopefully the top manager.
