Help with my Ikea issue
The issue in GetHuman968853's own words
We placed an order online and were not notified ** hours before delivery of the four hour window. We instead received this notification on the same day(less than * hours before the delivery window started). The address was incorrect on the order but the secondary number was never called to circumvent this issue. Due to this, IKEA cancelled the delivery even though I had spoken to the delivery personnel and was told he was on the way and even given the gate code to my community. Each time i call customer service i am hung up on before getting to a person to resolve this issue.
I want to reschedule delivery and figure out how my card was processed with the incorrect address.
I was on hold after doing Gethuman for over an hour and then they dropped the call just like customer service does after a few minutes
