I just left the ikea store in Columbus that I live ** minutes and have never felt so infuriated and like my time was wasted. I Was shopping by myself, was in the store for * house shopping for my home and bedroom and storage items had a cart full of items and was happy with my soon to be purchased. I parked my shopping cart that was overflowing with my items I had put in it near the check out areas but out of the way, and I went to go pick the items in the warehouse area that were self pick. When I got back about ** minutes later my cart that I invested so much time filling was gone. I was in the store for at least * hrs. I wasn’t about to do it all over again. I felt like my day was a total loss. I spoke to the manager and he couldn’t help me. I felt like he was a nice guy but he didn’t understand that as a customer. He wasn’t winning me back by being nice. I needed compensation for all that time.. I could have stayed in Zanesville and went to a competitor and found items of just as good of quality and price but I chose to come to idea because of loyalty.. now my loyalty is gone.. I’m pissed and furious and This experience will not easily be forgotten. Please contact me and find a way to make this right. Win back my loyalty or it’s back to tj max home goods, Costco, or sams club for all my basic needs. Currently I will never be back unless it’s to retun the items I actually did leave with today because I was completely unsatisfied as a customer.
