We received an invoice (*VN**********) for * unpaid tolls. The plate listed on the invoice is ours but, the picture is not our car. The plate was read incorrectly. On **********, I called & the representative I talked to agreed. She advised me someone else would be calling me back. That call has never been received. I want this corrected. We do not even travel in this area. If the registration for this plate was looked up, it would have been seen it is a **** Buick *-door Passenger Car. The one in the picture looks like an SUV. I DO NOT want to receive another invoice with extra charges. Thank you!
