My hulu just went off and replaced with an add asking me if i want to sign up, I already have an account. What happened
Sometimes, Hulu may log you out unexpectedly. Try signing back into your account with your existing credentials. If you continue to experience issues, it might be helpful to restart your device or check for any app updates that need to be installed.

My June bill was paid twice, once via paypal and once from my checking account. Plz advise how I can use one of those for July.
To resolve duplicate payments, contact Hulu's customer service team to discuss applying one of the payments to your July bill or arranging a refund.

The record function is not working
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the record function. First, ensure that you are subscribed to a plan that includes the Cloud DVR feature. If you are, try clearing the cache and cookies of your device, as temporary data might cause performance issues. Also, make sure your device's software and the Hulu app are up to date. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Hulu app. Please remember that shows and ads play back simultaneously when using the Cloud DVR function, and some shows may not be recordable due to streaming rights.

I'm home and not able to watch live TV because it says I'm not home
This issue generally happens if Hulu doesn't recognize your current location as your Home network. Hulu's Live TV subscription requires to be occasionally verified at the home location you set during the subscription setup. To solve this issue, you can try to clear your browser or app cache or restart your device. If you recently moved, you would need to update your Home location in the account settings. Remember, you can do this only four times a year. If these don't work, there could be a problem with your IP address, for which you may need to contact your internet service provider.

Keep getting charged and account cancelled over a year ago
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Charges should cease once you've cancelled your Hulu subscription. It's possible there may have been an error or your cancellation was not processed correctly. Since we cannot access your personal account details, we recommend double-checking your Hulu account status to ensure that your subscription has indeed been cancelled. Keep in mind that you may also have subscribed through a third-party platform (like Amazon, Roku, or Apple) from which you may still be getting charged. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to communicate with Hulu's customer service team directly to sort out any billing issues.
We look to the Hulu issues that customers have reported to GetHuman to decide which questions are the most common and how much time to spend researching how to solve them.
