After going through two of your Advocates and not getting a satisfactory resolution, I asked to be placed in touch with a supervisor.**After thirty minutes on Hold, Ricardo picked up and informed me that he had been running several diagnostics to determine the source of the difficulty.**He was unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion, perhaps through no fault of his own.**I have to wonder: Why doesn't HULU have a call-back provision, similar to our credit card, where and when I'm consigned to a queue with a pending response, sometimes ** minutes later, instead of leaving me on Hold?**I would also like to suggest that you change from using email addresses for log-in information. There must be a more efficient, simpler, more direct method.
