I have wasted close to * hours with your " Support " team because I am a customer with a " problem " your " Support " team cannot " solve " my issue and in fact has made it worse. During those * hours on the phone I have repeatedly I am sure at least a hundred times asked to speak to a manager. I have yet to do so, WORST CUSTOMER ( YES I PAY YOUR SALARY ) Experience I have ever had.
