hulu says my account is on "vacation" they say they cannot bill my mastercard at this time. I chatted with an agent who says that my bank wont accept recurring charges which is not true I spoke to my bank and they said that's what they do all day is process auto payments aka recurring charges. then hulu says its a known issue with mastercard all they're mastercard people are complaining. the only recourse the agent offered was to set up the account with either a alternate card or paypal. Now I only have the one card and they never answered me about paypal or how to register my card with them. my bank says they would definitely pay if hulu would attempt to charge the account but they show no attempt as of yet from hulu to charge the card.
