Good morning! Over 8 years ago, I registered an email address with you that I linked to Facebook. Since I didn't have to enter a password, I forgot what it is. I've tried to recover it without success. I am the account holder, Guadalupe González Chartes with ID [redacted]4C, and I need the password to access my social media accounts linked to this email address, [redacted] I created a new email because I couldn't access the old one without the password, which is [redacted] I would appreciate your help in recovering the password.

Hello, I created email addresses for my daughters on September 8th, [redacted]. Regrettably, I did not record the passwords I used. I attempted account recovery for both addresses to reset them, but as no emails have ever been sent from these accounts, the reset process is not successful. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Hotmail account. Despite multiple attempts to recover my account, I am swiftly informed that my request has been denied. This email address is linked to my Apple ID, and I am hesitant to create a new account. Regrettably, I am also locked out of my Apple ID. I remember having three passwords for this email address, but none seem to work. Occasionally, I am prompted to add an extra character, leading to confusion. I recall receiving emails from my mother's email address but did not respond to them. Accessing an email I have not used since 2[redacted] is proving challenging. I primarily use an email provided by my workplace. I have attached some historical email interactions for verification purposes. My phone number and recovery email seem unfamiliar, potentially due to possible inaccuracies during the account creation. The email address in question is [redacted] I am Christopher Johnson, known as Chris, born on April 29, [redacted], residing in BC, Canada. I possess a driver's license for identity verification. Good afternoon, I forgot the password for my email account [redacted] I didn't update my phone number or add a recovery account. I don't send many emails, but I do receive them from Facebook, the bank, Mercantil, Banco Venezolano de Crédito, and Banco Banesco Panamá. I have tried filling out the form several times but have not been successful as I can't remember a recent password, let alone the previous ones. The phone number listed on Hotmail, [redacted]9, is no longer in use. My current number is [redacted]2, and my recovery email is [redacted]

I recently created a new Hotmail account using my old Huawei Mate 20 Pro phone. Unfortunately, the phone experienced a motherboard failure before I could access any emails. I've been using my email account [redacted] for over a decade. On my birthday, September 18th, the account was locked due to suspicious activity, and despite entering my correct password, I'm unable to recover it. I no longer have access to the old phone number or recovery email associated with the account. I've submitted the recovery form multiple times, but I keep being asked to return after 24 hours. Being a kidney patient, my doctors both locally and abroad, like in Holland, communicate with me through this email. Everything from my utilities, bank, to even Facebook is linked to [redacted] I urgently need access back to this email as all my crucial information is stored there. My email account has been compromised, and I am struggling to find a way to report it. Various authorities I contacted, like the police, local police department, and even the KBI Office, were unable to assist promptly. The Attorney General's Office was also unavailable. Unfortunately, my family and friends have received fraudulent emails claiming I am stranded in London and need money sent via Western Union. I have lost contact with some of them as their email addresses were stored in the stolen account. It has been challenging to locate a platform to warn others about the scam that targeted me. The fraudulent email I received, posing as "Hotmail," requested my data under the guise of updating the program, leading to the compromise of my account. Despite extensive searching, I found it challenging to address this issue effectively. It is essential to have a streamlined process for reporting email scams, especially when the account has already been hacked. Many suggestions direct individuals to access the help tab in their email account, which becomes impossible once access is lost along with crucial evidence of the scam.

Hello! I usually use my email account: [redacted] However, when I try to log in now, it prompts me to verify my identity by entering the last 4 digits of my mobile number. The issue is that the number displayed is an old one. I no longer have access to that number. My new number is +[redacted]06. I need to update my mobile number to receive the verification message, but I can't do that without access to my account. Hello! We are facing an issue where our emails are not being delivered to users with hotmail.com, outlook.com, and live.com email addresses. We received an SMTP error message stating that our messages were blocked due to our network being on a block list. We do not engage in any malicious activities, just sending license keys to registered users. We are looking for a solution to this problem as it hinders the use of our product for customers. I am having trouble resetting my password for my Hotmail account [redacted] Every time I try to go through the verification process, it says my information is insufficient and asks me to resubmit another form. Here is the message I keep receiving: "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account la**[redacted] Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner." Due to this, my account has been blocked until I can verify ownership. I have been advised to submit a new verification form providing as much accurate information as possible to increase the chances of regaining access to my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently attempting to access this account for professional use but have lost touch with the individual who initiated it. I did not change my password, but when I try to log in, I am unable to access my accounts linked to my Hotmail, including Facebook. Unfortunately, I can't retrieve the necessary codes for Facebook as I'm unable to sign in to my Hotmail account. Moreover, the recovery number on file is not mine, causing me to unintentionally access another Facebook account when entering the received code. This situation is perplexing since I did not update my password. I am hopeful that you can assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I was informed about three weeks ago of possible unauthorized use of my account. I was advised to change my password, which I decided to do. However, after following all the password change suggestions and attempting to confirm my identity, I kept receiving an error message stating, "there is a temporary problem, please try again later." This continued for a week until I was ultimately locked out of my account. I am now unable to access any help, including the Community Forum. A similar issue occurred in the past when I tried to add Outlook to my phone, becoming frustrated after a week of unsuccessful attempts. The lack of customer service support is concerning, as I was directed to create a new Outlook account when seeking assistance. This issue needs to be resolved promptly. Thank you, Roger L.

My email inbox is not displaying all the messages I receive, even from long-term contacts. Despite checking spam and junk folders, important emails are missing. I can only find them through search. Some emails from contacts in my address book end up in junk, even after marking them as not junk. Strangely, emails from a specific contact, like Robert Martin, appear in different folders simultaneously. Additionally, several emails with important information have vanished from my inbox.
