Come to a fair resolution seeing as I wasted plenty of time and energy arguing about what they weren’t going to do even doe they was doing it ... I was given the run around and talked bad about (as the customer) *I was treated so badly, honestly I feel as if it was discrimination. I talked to four people, all who spoke very little English and all of them just seeming like they did not care in my time of despair having no where to go. I’ve been a gold member for YEARS and I’ve never been treated like this
