Hello, I have two bookings, Booking references are: ************ under the name Jack Ellul whom is our son and also: ************ under my name Lurence Ellul, on the *th January i phoned Hotels.com and spoke with RAJAP in regards to a **** late check out offered on bookings, Rajah called the Baumanburi hotel, Patong whilst i was on the other line and confirmed that late check out was confirmed for ****, Checking with the Hotel on arrival, no late check out has been organised, Hotel management (FO) has asked if hotels.com to please confirm via email regarding **** check out, pn: this detail should have been organised on the *th Jan when i spoke with Rajap,*Please email fo at: *****@***.com* and confirm, Please cc us also,, Thank you, Regards Lurence Ellul.
