Itinerary Number: ************* *Message: I tried to book hotel for * adults and a child with autism, they would not give me a room with just * double beds the little one has to sleep on the floor in a bundle position due to his disability, so when I went online the day I arrived at the hotel with * double beds where $**.** a night, but they charged me for two nights $***.**, so for an extra twin bed it was additional $***.** really extra beds are usually $**.** the room was no bigger than any other. I feel I was way overcharged and would like a refund. I have used you A LOT and never had this problem I am a long time customer and spent thousands with you.
