Hi, we recently stayed at the hotel in Mt. Pleasant, SC for the weekend. I want you to know that we experienced the most incompetent and worst customer service. Throughout the weekend, *-* people stood at the front desk and only * checked people in while the line grew and grew. When any question was asked the front desk person replied "bartender" who by the way was the only person working in the entire facility. Our keys were scrambeled after * night, there was never any coffee, a kitchen mishap had the entire first and second floors in a smoky, smelly haze while the fire alarm sounded for **-** minutes, etc.
