Hello, I am currently experiencing issues with my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-dg1xxx laptop. The problem I am facing is that when typing, each letter or number does not appear immediately; I have to press the keys a bit longer for them to register. My HP printer, [redacted] series, has suddenly stopped working. I received an alert message indicating "IP Address MAC 6c-02-eo-ab-d1-3e not connected - network name not available." I attempted to log in using the password, but it's not working. Despite my efforts of deleting and reinstalling the printer multiple times and entering the WPS number repeatedly, the issue persists ever since the alert message showed up. I've also tried logging into the Wi-Fi password, but it keeps timing out and prompting me to try again.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my HP touchscreen [redacted] Chromebook. Yesterday, while updating my apps through the Play Store, the screen froze and turned black. I attempted to power off the device by holding down the power button and later tried using the Refresh button and tapping the power button, as well as pressing ctrl+alt+shift+r to factory reset it. Despite these efforts, the screen remains frozen in black. I even left it unplugged for over 24 hours to let the battery drain, but the problem persists. I reached out to HP support, but the automated system only spoke French and ended the call abruptly. As this Chromebook is essential for my schoolwork, I am eager to find a solution promptly.

I requested a computer repair around December 6th or 7th. I've been waiting for the return box to send it back. My case number is [redacted]. When I checked yesterday, I found out the repair order was canceled. I've been searching for a contact number online to reach out, but no success so far. Additionally, I ordered a charger part and was asked for a $4 collateral fee. However, I was charged $14 on one card that seemed not to go through and $1 on another card that did go through.

I recently bought replacement cartridges for my HP [redacted] Wide Body printer but got an error message stating they were for an older model and wouldn't work. I need advice on how to resolve this or get the correct cartridges from HP.

I placed an order for an HP laptop on 11/18 and received confirmation that everything had shipped. It's now 12/16, and I haven't received any part of the order. I've been contacting FedEx and HP for three weeks but haven't gotten any answers. Yesterday, it showed on FedEx and HP as being delivered, but I still don't have the packages. FedEx had specific delivery instructions as I live in a senior apartment building, but the office doesn't accept packages. No one is responding to my concerns. I canceled the order the Friday after Thanksgiving. Can someone please help me with this situation?

I placed an order on November 26th with the expected shipping date of December 9th. However, without any updates, I had to contact customer support on the 10th. They explained there was a delay and assured me of a forthcoming update, setting a new shipping date for the 16th. It's now the 18th, and I am still awaiting any news. Yesterday, after enduring two frustrating instances of being put on hold for two hours each time with unending music and false promises, my calls were disconnected. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Please provide a definite shipping date and stick to it. This would be my third HP laptop purchase in the last seven years, but if this issue persists, it will be my final one.

I am extremely frustrated with the two-hour struggle I had attempting to reach a HP representative. Despite my efforts, I was not able to speak to anyone. Instead, I was continuously redirected to various sales-focused websites pressuring me to buy irrelevant services. In a bizarre turn, I was even directed to my personal Facebook account for Printer support by the HP website. This entire ordeal has left me appalled by HP's tactics and lack of customer service. I am strongly considering switching all devices in my business from HP to SAMSUNG due to this disappointing experience. I demand better service and support.

I am having issues with my HP Pavilion not starting up properly. Upon booting, I receive error messages such as "Critical process died" or "bad system config" before the screen goes black with buffering. After leaving the laptop off for 8-12 hours, it turns on temporarily. When prompted to run a hard disk test, an error message states that the computer is not configured for it. I'm using an HP DeskJet printer [redacted] series. I recently switched to a new Wi-Fi provider called NowTV with the hub named nowtvj1u7f. I've correctly connected the printer to the Wi-Fi, but when I try to connect using the HP app, it's not working. Despite entering the password provided by NowTV, the app keeps saying it's incorrect. The NowTV hub shows all lights on, with a flashing orange button, but still no connection. Previously, my printer worked fine with an EE Wi-Fi connection. Could my antivirus software, Microsoft Defender, be blocking the password? I followed the setup instructions by putting the printer in new setup mode before entering the password. I recently purchased a 2-pack of new black ink cartridges (#62) for my Envy [redacted] printer. Both cartridges from the same pack were defective as the printer would not align with them inserted. However, upon trying a cartridge from a different pack, the printer aligned and started working fine. It seems I received a faulty batch. I still have the original packaging but unfortunately, I do not have a sales receipt to return them to the retailer. The expiration date is November [redacted]. Is it possible to have a replacement pack mailed to me?

I am looking to adjust the document settings to increase the font size for larger printed copies. I have tried reaching out for assistance through the chat bot without success. Despite contacting several phone numbers, I have only been connected to representatives in the Philippines or El Salvador. I am eager to speak with a US-based representative, but I have been informed that the customer service calls are directed to various locations. It is important for me to communicate with a US representative regarding my concern, as I believe it is more fitting for a US company to handle its customer service domestically. If I am unable to get the support I need, I may need to consider returning the product for a full refund and exploring alternatives with a different printer company.

I purchased a printer recently, and it suddenly turned off. After restarting it, the printer is not printing anything. I have an Instant Ink subscription connected to my account, but the printer is not functioning correctly. I attempted turning it off and on as well as unplugging and plugging it back in, but these steps did not resolve the issue. I am unable to locate a technical support number for assistance.

I own an HP Omen 15 laptop. I frequently encounter the blue screen with a sad face and various error codes, all seven of them multiple times. The laptop crashes around 20 times daily during tasks like unlocking, gaming, or browsing. It has now reached a point where I'm stuck in a temporary profile and cannot access any of my files. Despite attempting numerous solutions, I can't even reboot the computer. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with my HP OfficeJet Pro 0915a All-IN-One Printer that has been under warranty since March 26, [redacted]. The serial number is TH1161Z068. I am a member of the HP Instant Ink program and rely on this printer for my home-based business. Since October 23, [redacted], the printer has not been functional. I placed an order for an ink cartridge on December 13th. A few weeks have passed, but my FedEx delivery has not arrived. When tracking the package, it appears to be going back and forth without being delivered. I contacted FedEx customer service, but I was unable to speak to a representative who could assist me. It seems like their phone system is as confusing as their shipping process. The package is currently showing as being in St. Peters, MO, for the third or fourth time. I bought an HP 60XL ink cartridge for my HP Deskjet printer from Walmart around Christmas. After installing it, my printer couldn't detect it, rendering it unusable. Walmart denied the return as it was opened, insisting I contact HP for a replacement or refund. I got a functional HP 60XL cartridge from Walmart later. Now, I have a $52+tax ink cartridge that's useless, and I am seeking reimbursement or a replacement from HP.

I own an HP Office Jet Pro 8035e that was functioning well until mid-December when it started displaying error messages. The first one mentioned something about spoolers but disappeared before I could read it. Subsequently, it stopped printing altogether. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer which allowed me to print from Microsoft Works and Greeting Card Factory, but it won't do a screen print, which I urgently need. When using Smart Print, I receive a message stating, "Unable to print. Check your printer. Printing error happens during print job. Please check your printer status and reprint after resolving this printer error." It fails to specify the error. Although the printer and computer both indicate readiness, the screen print function remains inaccessible. Test pages confirm the printer is correctly set up. Despite multiple runs of the print and scan Dr, which assert everything is functioning correctly, I am still unable to do a screen print. Can someone advise on identifying and resolving this error?
