I am experiencing difficulty with my HP OfficeJet [redacted] All-in-one printer. I am unable to copy or scan documents as the message displayed instructs me to turn off and on, stating the scanner is broken. Despite multiple attempts to resolve it, including restarting and reinstalling drivers, the issue persists. This problem arose suddenly after functioning normally moments before. I purchased the printer in early [redacted] and have not encountered any issues until now. I am considering seeking assistance from Office Depot or OfficeMax for a potential solution or finding a local printer service company in Johnson County, KS (specifically in Overland Park, Olathe, or zip code [redacted]). Any recommendations from HP would also be appreciated. Thank you for your help! -Drew S.

I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro [redacted] All-in-One series printer, model J7A28A, 2.5 years ago. However, it has consistently produced streaks when using photo paper, including HP photo paper. I have attempted the troubleshooting steps provided on HP's website with the virtual assistant but have faced difficulties following the instructions as the menu options mentioned are not accessible as directed. I am seeking assistance from a technical service representative who can guide me through the necessary steps to resolve this issue or who can remotely assist me with my printer. All I want is to be able to print photos on my printer without any challenges.

I have a top-of-the-line HP OfficeJet Pro [redacted] All-in-One printer (Model #J7A28A, SN: CN624A60G1) that I purchased 2.5 years ago. I consistently encounter streaks when printing on photo paper, even when using HP photo paper. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps from HP's website and virtual assistant, but have not achieved the desired results. I am seeking assistance from a technical service representative who can guide me through troubleshooting steps or remotely access my computer and printer to address the issue. Despite multiple attempts over the years with no success, I am determined to resolve this problem and be able to print photos on my printer without any streaks. I have not been able to locate Maintenance settings on the printer or computer to perform print head cleaning or alignment functions as suggested in the troubleshooting instructions.

I purchased this top-of-the-line printer 2.5 years ago and have always encountered this issue when using any type of photo paper, including HP-branded paper. I have attempted to troubleshoot by following the steps on HP's website and virtual assistant, but have not been able to resolve the problem as the menu options described in the instructions are not available on my printer. I am looking for a technical service representative to guide me through the troubleshooting steps or to remotely access my computer and printer to address the issue. Despite my long history of using HP products, I have struggled to resolve this recurring problem and have been unable to locate maintenance settings on the printer or computer to perform tasks like print head cleaning or alignment.

I recently purchased an HP laptop model 14-cf0098ca to prepare for my CPA exams. To use the required Secureclient software for the exam, access to Microsoft Word and Excel is crucial. However, I encountered issues during the setup. CPA Ontario provided a checklist related to my Office subscription, which prompted me to investigate further. Despite being told that Microsoft Office was included with my laptop, I am now being prompted to pay for a subscription renewal before April. Upon exploring the laptop, I noticed Microsoft Word and Excel among the apps, but no clear indication of Microsoft Office specifically. I am uncertain if the installation is complete and if I have an active Office version. How can I confirm the activation status of my Office suite?

I recently spoke with an HP tech support representative named Brian regarding renewing my printer warranty. He advised me to renew it, mentioning a $19.99 fee for help. I followed his recommendation and renewed the warranty for 2 years at $49.99. When I inquired about email purchase, Brian explained it had to be done over the phone. I proceeded to give him my credit card information. He assured me I would receive a receipt via email, but it hasn't arrived as of 4 pm on March 7. I contacted HP Tech support on March 6 around 9 pm and was assisted by Brian. I am eager to receive the receipt promptly or take further action regarding this issue. Thank you, Eleanor Cabatian.

I purchased a Pavilion x360 laptop a few months ago for travel, but it keeps disconnecting every few minutes, rendering it useless. After reaching out to tech support for 3 hours remotely, the issue remains unresolved. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, the long wait times have been unhelpful. Recently, a technician suggested buying a software warranty before connecting me to the right person, which is frustrating. The laptop's port also prevents me from using a wireless mouse properly. HP's customer service has been disappointing, and the situation with the laptop is disheartening. I am considering writing a review to share my experiences with the Pavilion x360 and hear others' feedback.

My printer is only two days old. After successful setup, it printed a test page and two 6"x4" photos. However, I now have an issue with turning it off using the power button. The following day, the display showed a white screen with the HP logo, and the touch screen is unresponsive. HP Smart app indicates the printer is offline, even though it is turned on. I attempted to disconnect the printer physically, but it keeps reverting to the white screen. Can anyone advise on what steps I should take to resolve this? Thank you. - L. J.

When I try to start my computer, it starts to boot up for around three seconds and then abruptly shuts down. Unfortunately, I can't access the BIOS settings as the computer turns off too quickly. The serial number of my computer is 8CG44804D3 and it's an EliteBook Folio G1 (Product Number: F2R72UT#ABA). My warranty has expired. I'm seeking advice on what might be causing this issue and what steps I should take next to troubleshoot it. Additionally, I am interested in knowing how much the repairs might cost. Thank you, Megan G. [redacted] [redacted]

I want to report an issue I'm having with my laptop with serial number F8MQ8PBB. The screen is very sharp, and I even got a papercut from it. I've been trying to use your complaint submission box, but I haven't received the code as promised. It took me almost 35 minutes to find a way to address this problem. I believe the system to contact for assistance needs improvement. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. This is my second problem with this device; the first involved binary something that required an exchange at the store. I considered upgrading, but I don't want to invest more money in a computer that has had multiple issues. I prefer communication over the phone to ensure my concerns are addressed promptly. I am disappointed because I have also purchased a desktop from your company.

We bought an HP6954 inkjet printer in October [redacted], and it worked well until the original black ink ran out. Despite changing the cartridge twice, we couldn't print in black. We struggled to find a contact number to reach a support person. We've encountered this issue with all three printers we purchased; they only print until the first ink change. Although we managed to get one printer working after many attempts, the phone support we reached today was unhelpful, only offering an upgrade at an extra cost. If we need to buy a new printer, it won't be from HP. We would appreciate clarity on your company's policy regarding this recurring problem.

Hello, my HP printer has experienced an issue where it repeatedly indicates that the ink cartridge is not installed correctly. Despite numerous attempts to reinstall and even trying new cartridges, the problem persists, allowing me to print only once before the error reappears. Seeking assistance for months has been futile, and I am frustrated by continued ink charges for a malfunctioning printer. I request a refund for the previous months' ink charges since the device has been unusable since the fall. Additionally, I wish to close my accounts due to the lack of customer support. It seems I will have to part ways with this printer and consider opting for a product from a different company that values customer service over automated responses. The inability to print has caused considerable inconvenience, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I recently purchased an OfficeJet [redacted]. Unfortunately, the tri-color setup cartridge was defective, and I encountered issues during the setup process. I wrongly discarded the defective tri-color cartridge when I was unaware that I needed it for setup. I have since replaced the color and black ink cartridges, but I now require a new tri-color setup cartridge to properly set up the printer. I have retained the black setup cartridge. My details are as follows: D. Merchant at [redacted] Glory Lane, Marion Illinois [redacted]. The printer's serial number is TH88B590WG. Kindly provide me with a new tri-color setup cartridge so I can proceed with using the printer. If this is not possible, please advise so I can arrange a return.

I bought my HP ENVY Photo [redacted] printer in early [redacted] and signed up for the Instant Ink program. Despite being charged every month, I never received any replacement cartridges. Even though my printer is connected to the internet, the cartridges were never sent. I attempted to cancel the program three times without success and after finally managing to cancel it, I was charged double the monthly fee again. I am unable to use my printer because I seem to still be enrolled in the program. This situation is frustrating, as I am paying for a service that is not delivering on its promises, preventing me from using the printer and ink cartridge I bought. I have been trying to resolve this for six months now. I urgently need this issue rectified so I can use my printer with the purchased ink and stop being billed for cartridges that never arrive.

I purchased an HP Envy [redacted] printer two years ago. Whenever I try to use it, it malfunctions. I've spent the last six hours attempting to fix it. It's frustrating when I rely on it for both work and personal use. I've tried troubleshooting, reinstalling, downloading various software and drivers, and registering multiple times. Despite checking compatibility with my Windows, the warranty check doesn't recognize my serial or product number. I'm at my wit's end. I am hoping for either a refund, a proportional amount as compensation, or a complimentary upgrade.

I own an HP Omen laptop (2XP11AV) and have noticed that the area above the keyboard gets very hot during gaming sessions. I am concerned about the safe temperature range for this system and how to maintain a safe operating temperature while gaming. Additionally, my battery light stays red and the battery level never reaches [redacted]%, even after extended charging, leading me to believe the battery may be defective. I have also experienced issues with the screen randomly going black and returning with maximum brightness, as well as the cursor disappearing while typing, accompanied by a notification chime. These problems are worrisome considering my recent introduction to gaming on this laptop and the short time I have owned it. I am seeking advice on resolving these issues and appreciate any help. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing an issue with HP's customer support related to my laptop that was sent in for repairs. The laptop was not collected by the Tech support courier on the scheduled day, leading to confusion. Despite contacting the online store, the Tech Support team seems unaware of the laptop's whereabouts. The lack of coordination between departments is disappointing, and the service level does not meet my expectations. The email response I received was unhelpful and seemed dismissive of my problem. I believe a more proactive approach is necessary to expedite the resolution process. This experience has been the worst I have encountered in my 30 years of dealing with HP, and I intend to file a complaint about it. Original Message: I have a laptop being repaired by HP, and the communication between departments is terrible. Tech support doesn't know where the laptop is, and the online store had to inform them. The lack of coordination is frustrating. The email response from customer service was not helpful at all. This level of service is unacceptable. I have never experienced such poor customer service from HP before.

Subject: Issue with HP Instant Ink Cartridges I recently received an email notifying me that I had removed an HP Instant Ink cartridge from my ENVY [redacted] e-All-in-One Printer series. Due to this, my ink levels cannot be checked accurately, putting me at risk of running out of ink. Although I only removed one cartridge, each page printed is still counting toward my limit. The black ink cartridge stopped working, but upon checking the box I received, I found only a color cartridge inside. I had to purchase a replacement black cartridge. Could you please send me the black cartridge promptly? Thank you. Sincerely, Jim S. [redacted] [redacted]

My laptop was running slowly with an error message and provided a QR code. After a diagnostic test, I received this code: PLH3TL-8MD9JB-GXGGQJ-60UU03, showing a hard drive DST check failure. The laptop started a process with driver (C), running for 16 hours. Worried it might freeze at 99%, I stopped it. Now, it won't start properly. I previously sent it for a screen repair, but it came back with issues. After multiple attempts to fix it, the laptop is still problematic. I haven’t finished paying for it, and it has been nothing but trouble. I wish I still had my old Asus laptop that lasted four years without any problems. I'd like to return the current laptop for $[redacted] due to its poor performance and receive $[redacted] for a better one. If there are other options, please let me know. Maybe I'll pursue my dreams with a more reliable laptop.

I bought an HP Envy and a three-year warranty from Fry's Electronics in Campbell, CA. The AC port failed just two weeks before the warranty expired. Unfortunately, the service person at Fry's was not able to fix it. I then went to Lightning Computer, where they identified the issue as the AC port. Despite ordering the part ([redacted]-FD1 REV:A) by its correct number, it turned out to be incorrect twice upon delivery. Lightning Computer has contacted HP, as it seems the fulfillment number provided is incorrect. All I want is the right part to repair my computer. It is frustrating that a simple $20 part is keeping my 3-year-old computer unusable. Thank you, Russ M. [redacted]
