Dear Sir,*The Undersigned has purchased HP Envy **-ah****tu **** **.*-inch Laptop from Paytm from your authorized seller AYR TECHNOLOGIES, MAHARASHTRA has made an offer to sell at the rate of Rs. ******-.*Please be informed that the product screen shot of said product on PAYTM will reveal the following:***Shipping FeeFREE Cancellation Allowed*Replace * days*Know more*Product replacement is accepted by seller within * days of product delivery only in case a wrong or damaged product has been delivered**Above Screen shot makes it clear that product replacement is allowed only when i) in case of wrong product received or ii) when damaged product has been delivered. The product image IMG*****.jpg shows scratch marks and damaged portion of Laptop. We are asking the replacement not on the basis of wrong product received but because of receipt of damaged product. Thus replacement sought is in accordance with the Replacement policy of the Seller. *Not doing so is a cause for raising criminal*Consumer complaints against Directors of PAYTM and HP and also against the concerned Dealer, AYR Technologies, Maharashtra. Take this to be my Final Notice for initiation of suitable legal actions against all of you as you have conspired with each other to sell damaged product to me who put faith on the advertisement made on PAYTM platform by HP Company to sell its products through its authorized Seller, AYR Technologies.
