Wanted to buy two Laptops for daughters for Christmas. Was configuring them with MS Office tools, but had questions about two different bundles. Called the sales number and got Jennifer on the line. She knew nothing about the software, and insisted that there were product numbers on the HP site for the software--which there were none. The worst part of the experience was when she told me, the consumer, to perform a Google search to find out what I needed. The issue was not what was included in the software bundle, but the HP pricing structure for the software. I am typing this email on a Dell Laptop, I bought a Dell for my wife last Christmas after comparing the product to HP's. It appears that HP's Customer Service Rep, Jennifer, would prefer that I purchase two more Dell products. Good job HP!
